Shipping Information
We’re grateful for every order placed with StillWear Trends. Each item is made especially for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment process.
Order Processing
Because our products are made to order, each item requires production time before it ships. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfillment location, and other production factors.
Once your order has completed production and ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on your location, the fulfillment facility, shipping method, carrier conditions, and other factors.
Any delivery timeframe provided during checkout or through tracking information should be considered an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
During holidays, peak shopping periods, severe weather, or other carrier disruptions, orders may take longer than usual to arrive.
Tracking Your Order
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is received.
Multiple Packages
Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, an order containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate packages. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment. Receiving an order in multiple packages does not necessarily mean that additional shipping charges have been applied.
Shipping Delays
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or you believe your package may be lost, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner and the carrier, when applicable, to help determine the next steps.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
