We want you to feel confident and at peace with your purchase from StillWear Trends. Because each item is made especially for you, we follow a print-on-demand fulfillment process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.


Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Preference changes

We encourage customers to carefully review size charts and product details before placing an order. If you have questions before purchasing, we’re always happy to help.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
